Some bands get a rush of indie buzz after South By Southwest and still manage to fade into oblivion. Others, like the Belle Brigade, ride the wave of interest and chatter, and seize upon the opportunities that present themselves. After catching the siblings and their band at a huge Atlantic showcase while in Austin, it pleases me that the band is returning to San Diego for an About the Music show with FM 94/9, and judging by past successes of the series, we'll be hearing a lot from the Belle Brigade in the future. The Howls kick off the night.
