San Diego has had a busy summer, and as we usher in August, the music scene will only get more intense. Touring picks up and lucky for us, even locals return home. In tonight's case, Pall Jenkins left San Diego and headed north, but after bumping into him at the recent Pinback show at the Casbah, he's spending some time here this summer and pondering his next move -- perhaps even returning to our fair city. Whatever he decides, he's been instrumental to San Diego's past music scene and his influence is still felt today. Tonight, you can see him as Mr. Tube & the Flying Objects headline a stellar lineup at the Casbah. Whether you grew up following his many projects or are checking him out for the first time, his unique style and vocal delivery are unmistakable; his passion uncompromising; his performance always worth talking about.
