Sounds Like San Diego: April 3

East Cameron Folkcore head up an eclectic night of music on Sunday in San Diego

Today's music options feels like it could all be part of some sort of fringe festival. Casbah has Faust Fest presented by San Diego Guild of Puppetry, there's a mariachi fest at California Center for the Arts Escondido, and Belly Up has the return of Point Break Live. Still, there are some great music music options, including East Cameron Folkcore, with a bio that describes them as an "Austin-based sectet (whose) music combines elements of folk rock, hardcore, Americana, and atmospheric post-punk"; and Into It. Over It., along with perhaps the longest-named band ever at the Irenic. Sunday doesn't have to be typical, so get out tonight for an atypical experience.
