Who would expect to have so many legendary touring bands on a Tuesday night in San Diego? Well, take advantage. First off, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds take the stage at the Balboa Theatre and you might still be able to find some tickets. Be sure to get there early though, because Mona is a stellar opener. Up at the Belly Up, the Hives perform a sold-out show, while Madness perform over at Humphreys by the Bay. If you're looking for a small venue show, the Casbah provides a great night with the Makeup Sex, La Sera, and Yuck, coming all the way from London to rock your face off. Of course there are plenty of other local shows to keep you aurally satiated, too, so pick wisely.
