    NEWSLETTERS

For the past few years, indie-rock lovers of San Diego have had a love affair with San Francisco's Dodos. They've played places like Sushi Art and the Casbah on numerous occasions, and with their 2013 release of Carrier, the band continues  to release great albums, proving that it's in it for the long haul. On Friday, you can catch them at the Loft at UCSD if you're lucky enough to score a ticket to the tiny space. Around town, catch a solid local lineup at the Casbah headlined by the Beautiful View, or see Brothers Weiss as they return from tour with a show at Soda Bar.
