During the Garage to Glory contest, local bands submit videos or links to their videos, with fans deciding during the next week who will take the stage shortly after we kick off our hosted happy hour on Sept. 29 at the Casbah (with free food and a local craft beverage or two from Cold Spring Brewing Co. -- thanks for the help with that, King of Happy Hour), starting at 7 p.m.
Rappers? Great. Indie rockers? Perfect. Bluesman? Absolutely. Singer/songwriter? Excellent. DJ mashup star? Of course. SoundDiego is about all genres, all styles, but we admit, we love the best the best -- but you gotta have video. * Sorry, dudes, no covers or cover bands.

Last month, Sledding With Tigers won a neck-and-neck race with Della!Della!, and ended up on multiple NBC 7 San Diego newscasts and were featured in our coverage of the event.
Our latest free monthly party will also feature sets from North County's alt-country faves, Dead Feather Moon, who will get support from the Get Down Automatic.
