Sure, we’ve been known to throw back a few when we go out to shows, and so have our friends. Now one website has put San Diego on its list of the United States' most hungover cities. How much of that can be blamed on its vibrant music scene?
The website Elite Daily crunched the numbers (sadly, they have done little to divulge their sources), and San Diego earned one of the little-coveted slots on its fabled 10 Most Hungover Cities in America list.
On average, local residents down 12.44 adult beverages every month, with a scary 8.3 deaths per 100,000 residents due to liver disease, according to the site. Of course, that could all be blamed on the folks who are “heavy drinkers” – 6.1 percent – or “binge drinkers”: 17.2 percent -- we're looking at you, O.B.! What are you laughing at, North Park!
