Big thumbs up for the short work week as we gear up for another stellar weekend in San Diego.
Mickey Avalon invades San Diego this Friday night as he hosts a CD-release party at Stingaree for his new album Loaded. Go here for early-bird discounted tickets. Plus, there’s Moonshake at Kadan with special guest Kevin West (SF).
Get a taste of Art Around Adams or Sonic-Con before you take on the rest of the night Saturday. Fun events include hanging out with me for Club Ascension at the Kava Lounge where it’s your chance to win tickets to the Jesus and Mary Chain on June 17 at House of Blues. There’s also Sleepwalking at the Whistle Stop, Broken Beat at Kadan and Wobble is doing an event at Spin.
Saturday and Sunday, Fiesta Del Sol is happening in Solana Beach. For Sunday Funday there’s Intervention with Michael Woods at the Hard Rock Hotel.
