La Ley has reunited for Re-tour, an 18-city U.S. tour, which includes a stop at San Diego's House of Blues on Saturday. The Grammy-winning Chilean rock group realized after a decade of disbanding, they couldn't live without each other -- as in the adage, "Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em." Musically, Beto Cuevas, Mauricio Claveria and Pedro Frugone, have been missed greatly by their fans. Cuevas released two successful solo albums with a Grammy win, while Frugone concentrated on family affairs.
"It feels great -- getting back together with your buddies,” lead singer Cuevas told Fox News Latino. "It’s a good feeling. This gathering finds us with a more mature sound.” The group will perform their greatest hits as well as other great and unforgettable songs like, "Dia Cero," "Desiertos," "Tejedores de Ilusion," and "Prisioneros de la Piel."
La Ley's music became '90s anthems in the Spanish rock genre. With seven studio albums, including their Grammy-winning "MTV Unplugged" album, La Ley have made their mark in the Latin rock history books. They are the only Chilean group to have won three Grammys.
