There's dozens of great choices for music this weekend, starting on Friday with the Barrio Art Jam at La Bodega gallery; Easy Star All-Stars will be playing "Dub Side of the Moon” in its entirety, plus more at the Belly Up; Unwritten Law takes over Porter’s Pub and also put in an appearance at Epicentre; the Kooks with Halsey and Priory are at House of Blues; Slim Cessna’s Auto Club, River City, Grampadrew & the Gut Strings hit the Casbah; Authority Zero headline at Soda Bar; and Innerds and Death Lens play at the Whistle Stop. Or you can hit the dance floor with Bonkers! at Bar Pink; Protohype at Bassmnt; and T.Williams at Bang Bang.
 
Saturday, the New Belgium Tour de Fat Bike Parade & Festival features Beats Antique, Yo-Yo People, the Handsome Little Devils and the Reals Band at Golden Hill Park. Later that night, the Pixies and Royal Blood play a sold-out show at Humphrey’s Concerts By the Bay; Foster the People hit the RIMAC Arena; Temples take over the Belly Up; Through the Roots hit House of Blues; Schitzophonics, Low Volts, Neighbors to the North and the Whiskey Circle are at the Casbah; Neon Cough CD release party with Brothers Weiss and Brando is at Soda Bar; plus you can get your dance on with Club Sabbat at Numb3rs and DJs Dark Angel and Gypsy; Cazzette at Bassmnt; Anna Lunoe at Bang Bang; and Booty Bassment at the Whistle Stop
 
Saturday and Sunday is the Adams Avenue Street Fair, with live performances from the Burning of Rome, Pato Banton, the Nervous Wreckords, the Album Leaf, Hills Like Elephants, Madly, Javier Escovedo & the City Lights and more. This is a free, all-ages event and you can get the details here. This weekend is also the V Elements Festival with El Ten Eleven, Pat Mahoney (LCD Soundsystem), Eskmo, Zach Deputy and more at the Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier.
 
On Sunday, Quintino closes out the 2014 season of Intervention at the Hard Rock Hotel; Sir Paul McCartney makes his way to Petco Park for a sold-out show; Sir Sly, Wolf Gang and Secret Someones hit the Irenic; Jeff the Brotherhood headline at the Hideout; Snowmine and Nightbox play at the Casbah; and Michael Tiernan, Tolan Shaw and Dawn Mitschele are at the Belly Up.
