A very old suggestion about how to keep politicians accountable has become a reality, thanks to the Internet.

For years, political reformers have suggested, somewhat tongue-in-cheek, making politicians dress like NASCAR stock car drivers. Just as the drivers wear the names of their sponsors on their uniforms, politicians would have to put the logos and names of their biggest donors on their suits.

MAPLight.org and Wired.com now have debuted a web tool that does just that -- at least on the Internet. Check it out here.
