    Senate candidate Carly Fiorina gives her take on Prop 23. She's in favor of the measure, which would repeal the greenhouse gas initiative.

    "Global warming is serious global issue that requires a serious global response," Fiorina said.  "What all the scientists agree on is that a single state or a single nation acting alone can have no impact on global warming. I'm unwilling to put our state and our nation at a competitive and a comparative disadvantage because we do things that would increase the rate of electricity and increase the exodus of jobs."
