Former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez had $4 million in his campaign accounts when he left office. One subject of speculation (and frustration among his onetime political allies) is what he might do with it.
Now we have a partial answer: he's given $489,000 of it to the campaign for Prop 25, the initiative to make it possible to pass a budget on a majority vote, according to the LA Times.
