Fake iPhone 5 Email Contains Virus

Anyone not paying attention to the latest iPhone news might be taken for a ride that will end with a PC

virus, if they believe an email going around referring to the new iPhone.

Mashable is reporting a fake Apple email has been sent out by some hackers announcing thenew "iPhone 5S."

The phone doesn't look very realistic and the email contains gramatical errors. And everyone knows Apple never announces anything before-hand.

The email says to follow a link to "order now"  which is probably a lure to install malware, reports Sophos, a security firm.

If you see this email, promptly delete it, and don't click anything.
