A federal jury in San Francisco could give at least a partial verdict in Oracle's patent lawsuit against Google on Monday.

The jurors have been deliberating for a week and Friday they informed the judge that they have unanimously agreed on three of the four contentions between the two companies.

The Associated Press reported that U.S. District Judge William Aslup was open to accepting a partial verdict Friday but then the foreman told the judge that some of the jurors believe some of their colleagues could change their mind by Monday.

"It's worth you going home over weekend," Alsup said when he heard there was hope that jurors had the potential to get a verdict on all counts if they gave it more time.

The trial is divided into three phases: copyright liability, patent claims, and damages.

It started last month and was expected to last eight weeks.
