Facebook Executives Paid Better Than Wall Street: Report

Stock options is not the only way that Facebook employees are getting rich. Some executives are doing just fine their salaries.

Facebook's Security and Exchange Commission filing earlier this month revealed how much its top executives took home in 2011.

Fortune took that number -- $83 million -- and compared it to what the top firms on Wall Street pay their top executives.

The money magazine was left asking: Where's the Occupy Facebook movement?

While the top banks -- Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase -- haven't released how much they have paid their top executives in 2011, the numbers for 2010 don't even come close.

Bank of America paid its top eight executives $28 million, while Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg made $31 million alone.

Goldman Sachs paid its executives less than 1 percent of its total profits, Morgan Stanley took home 1.2 percent and Wells Fargo dished out 0.4 percent of its total profits.

Facebook paid about 8 percent.
