Apple Considers Steve Jobs Replacement

Ever since Steve Jobs began his extended medical leave, rumors have been swirling concerning his health and if he'd be replaced as Apple's most recognizable man.

The Wall Street Journal reports that sources say members of Apple's board of directors have "discussed CEO succession with executive recruiters and at least one head of a high-profile technology company."

Jobs can't be too happy to learn about this, given his displeasure after learning many news outlets have already written his obituary.
