Welcome to Watch List, where we identify five things on TV to watch while you stay at home and build a castle out of mothballs. LET’S GO!

SPORTS SHOW WITH NORM MACDONALD – 10:30PM (Comedy Central) Norm MacDonald has his own show again! YAY! I actually spent a week in Los Angeles helping write the pilot for this show (which will never air because it’s no longer timely), so I can give you a bit of information on what Norm’s new sports version of “The Daily Show” will entail. Norm’s set is going to be all digital, as it is on “Tosh.0”. The opening of the show will feature Norm doing lots of jokes, as he did masterfully over at SNL when he was the “Weekend Update” anchor. There will also be a handful of field pieces from various sources, including possibly the folks at Good Neighbor. Most importantly, the show will be current, unlike “Onion Sportsdome,” which is bizarrely evergreen. So enjoy. Norm is a very funny man. You’re in good hands. ANTICIPATION: WILDE!

DEADLIEST CATCH – 9:00PM (Discovery) America’s favorite crabby crabbers are back for another season of getting washed off boats and talkin’ salty. Two new captains are aboard this time around, and I don’t trust that Crunch fellow. ANTICIPATION: CRABS!

JAMIE OLIVER’S FOOD REVOLUTION – 8:00PM (ABC) Really, Jamie Oliver? You’re still trying to get Americans to eat well? Your appetite for punishment far exceeds ours for fried mink rinds. Anyway, watch as Jamie tries to get a bunch of LA schools to not serve their students horrible crap. ANTICIPATION: NUGGETS!

BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES – 9:00PM (WE) Toni Braxton and her sisters star in this new reality show. And if you’ve ever seen the “You’re Making Me High” video, you know there’s nothing wrong with staring at Toni Braxton for half an hour. ANTICIPATION: SHE NAMED HER KID DENIM!

TOYA: A FAMILY AFFAIR – 10:00PM (BET) Lil’ Wayne’s ex-wife gets her own reality show. It was part of the divorce settlement, I imagine. ANTICIPATION: TOYARIFFIC!
