Streep Win Does Not Qualify as News

Meryl Streep won her sixth Golden Globe in 25 nominations, this time for her role in "Julie & Julia," beating herself in "It's Complicated,"Julia Roberts in the totally forgettable "Duplicity," Marion Cotillard in "Nine" and Sandra Bullock in "The Proposal."

Luckily, we didn't have to endure a repeat of Friday's awkwardness, when Streep and Bullock shared the award. So overcome with bliss, Bullock grabbed Streep and planted a big wet one on her. Look, it was kinda hot when Britney and Madonna did it, but c'mon...

Don't weep for Bullock, though. She's still in the running for Best Actress in a Drama for "The Blind Side."
