    Apparently the response to early screenings of "Transformers: Dark Of The Moon" has been so great that the studio has moved the film's release up from Friday, July 1, to Wednesday, June 29. It pains us to admit this, but the trailer looks pretty great. (Published Wednesday, May 30, 2012)

    Wait, it gets funnier--it's based on a true story. While pimping his new movie, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," Michael Bay was asked by MTV if he was still planning on doing "Pain & Gain," a $20-million dark comedy he's been kicking around for a while now.

    The story is based on a pair of guys who were, in the words of Miami New Times, "local bodybuilders with a penchant for steroids, strippers, and quick cash. And they became expert in the use of a peculiar motivational tool: Torture."
