Spend a Pretty Penny for Rosie O'Donnell's Former Mansion

A 19th-century Victorian mansion in Nyack, NY is on the market for $5.9 million. The property was once home to talk show queen Rosie O'Donnell as well as actress Helen Hayes who dubbed the riverfront property, "Pretty Penny" reportedly because of the exorbitant cost required to maintain the estate. The lavish home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, several fireplaces, and $1 million worth of landscaped conifers, which current owner and art dealer Graham Arader recently installed. Arader and his family are allegedly leaving Rockland Country for the conveniences of the more concrete, conifer-less Manhattan. View the listing.
