Ricky Martin officially decamped from Miami Beach after selling his house last week for $10.6 million, reports The Miami Herald. Martin's mansion, which closed Thursday to an undisclosed buyer, was originally listed for $12.5 million. The home is so posh that even Jay-Z and Beyonce reportedly toured the estate last December.
