Michael Phelps Selling Baltimore Loft Home

After totally dominating the London 2012 Olympic Games, Michael Phelps has one more feat to accomplish: selling his Baltimore, Maryland home. According to Curbed, Phelps' pad, which hit the market in March, is listed for $1.42 million.

The decorated swimmer's home is quite swanky, though no indications of his Olympic accomplishments are in sight. Phelps' pad features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, all over three stories and 4,000 square feet of interior living space. There's also high ceilings, a two-car garage, and a granite and stainless steel kitchen where we imagine Phelps totally scarfing down hoards of food after a meet. Located in Baltimore's posh community of Fells Point, Phelps' pad boasts views of the marina and a modern interior.

The Baltimore Business Journal reports that Phelps splashed out $1.69 million for the waterfront spread back in 2007. Now that he's the most acclaimed swimmer of all-time, we're guessing Phelps is set to upgrade his digs once he returns from what is likely a massive celebration in London.
