Billy Corgan's Chicago Condo Under Contract
Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan is on the verge of selling his Chicago condo after four years on the market. The Chicago Tribune reports that the 3,700-square-foot condominium unit inside the historic Paterson-McCormick mansion in the Gold Coast neighborhood, is under contract for $2.85 million -- about half its initial asking price. Corgan spends most of his time in his Highland Park mansion and also owns a home in Beverly Hills.
