New mama Selma Blair recently listed her contemporary SoCal crib for $1.78 million, reports the L.A. Times. The actress who has appeared in Cruel Intentions, Legally Blond and Hellboy picked up the pad back in 2004 for $1.315 million. Now with a new baby (she gave birth to her son last July) the actress and her fashion designer boyfriend are presumably upgrading to more spacious digs, and ideally, one without a non-child proof Koi pond, which this not uber kid-friendly house features in the backyard.
