Chicago Mansion Hikes Price A Staggering $2.6 Million
After two years on the MLS, the owners of Lincoln Park's Dewes Mansion have lifted the price from $9.9 million to $12.5 million, reports Curbed. The mansion developed by Fred Latsko, has been restored by Botti Studio of Architectural Arts, and has earned its place on the National Register of Historic Places.
