"Cheech & Chong" House Now a Fixer-Upper for $344K

The home that appeared in the 1978 flick "Up in Smoke" is on the market for an affordable-by-movie-homes-standards $344,900, reports the Curbed. The reason for such a low asking price? It's totally dilapidated state. This Lincoln Heights, California spread epitomizes the words "fixer upper," though it's pretty awesome that this house was once featured in Cheech & Chong's first feature length movie.
