Amy Smart, who broke into showbiz with her appearances in flicks such as Varsity Blues and Rat Race, has just listed her Beverly Hills Post Office crib for $1.399 million. The newly engaged actress purchased the ivy-covered home in April 2002 for $699,000, so if she fetches the full asking price then the model turned actress is set to make a pretty penny.
